PRP 2021 COVID-19 Vaccination Survey

Over the past 12 months, a total of 2,144 members of the PRP Facebook Support Group have given the Land of Hope an alternative moniker: the Land of Chat.


  • Total number of posts: 1,931 (161 per month)


  • Total number of comments: 33,564 (2,797 per month)


Posts on the subject of COVID-19 and vaccinations have been among the most spirited — some might even say “heated”. Like most families, however, ruffled feathers have been smoothed as we all continued on our respective PRP journeys.

Imagine what we can learn about COVID-19 vaccinations from 1,000-plus PRP patients.



  • How many of PRP patients are fully vaccinated and why?


  • How many of PRP patients are undecided about being vaccinated and why?


  • How many of PRP patients are not going to be vaccinated and why?

The purpose of of the PRP 2021 COVID-19 Vaccination Survey is to better understand all sides of the issues. THIS IS NOT A DEBATE. Your responses will NOT be patient identifiable.


If we can collect at least 1,000 responses from a PRP global community representing 2,452 PRP Facebookers and 412 non-members, I will communicate our findings to:


  • teaching hospitals


  • international dermatology organizations and societies


  • publications serving dermatologists worldwide
