Phil Popham

Location: Hertfordshire, England; Onset Date: October 2010; Onset Age: 66, Current Status: Remission; Remission Date: February 2012

During the first three months of 2011, Phil experienced many of the symptoms familiar to PRP patients worldwide. Islands of sparing slowly disappeared, my whole body was turning red, my skin shed continuously – I was raw and so very itchy, legs/ankles were swollen, nails thickened and yellow, thick/cracking skin on soles of my feet, some hair loss, no body temperature control, etc. PRP diagnosis confirmed by a second Dermatologist on 8 February 2011. Phil’s Story
